Most people don't realize how connected lifestyle and communication is related to your health. While my focus is on life coaching and communication counseling, I am a naturopath and offer to those interested, an additional service focused primarily on your physical health.
Once
your first consultation is scheduled, you will be provided a
questionnaire to be completed in advance of the consultation. The
initial consultation gives us a basis for all future counseling and
therefore is the most in-depth process. From our initial consultation
we will decide on one health issue to address and create together an
initial plan. Our plan will be practical, reasonable and individualized to you. We
will start with no more than two suggested life-style changes/natural
remedies/modalities. Taking one issue at a time alleviates confusion as to what works and what does not work for you and saves
you unnecessary cost and time. Initial Consultation is $150.00.
Follow-up consultations vary from
$50 to $125 depending upon the service and depth of counseling provided.
